Analysing Feedback
We provide a myriad of reports that help you anaylse your business performance. From monthly, quarterly to yearly and by branch, region and sector. All at a touch of a button.
When a branch starts to fall short of service levels, you ideally want to know before it happens and before it is too late. Our system can be set to alert you at a threshold of your liking. So if customers state the service is for example slow, you may wish to be alerted if more than 15% of customers state this. Our system can be configured to automatically to email you on such an event. Setting up thresholds allows you to keep your business ticking along nicely knowing standards are being met.
Console Types
We offer different styles of console depending on the size, look and feel of your branches. You can also source your own and run our system on it.
The Technology
Our technology is web based. We provide you with a web login where you can see your customer insights and feedback. You can access the insights using your phone, pc, laptop or tablet. Alerts are emailed to you as soon as they occur.
